Welcome to my website! I'm Michicco Jamura Tiba, a civil engineering student with a passion for digital marketing and design. My background in civil engineering, specializing in transportation engineering, has given me a strong foundation in infrastructure and systems.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, I collaborated with clients like real estate firms, small businesses, a deep cleaning company, and a financial advisory firm. I created impactful visual content, managed social media, and implemented marketing strategies.

Outside of work, I lead the Media team at my church, using my skills in content creation, social media management, and videography to make a positive impact.

I'm a 5th-year civil engineering student specializing in transportation engineering at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. I have a knack for problem-solving and a deep passion for home design and architecture, although pursuing an architecture course in the Philippines can be costly. Despite this, I'm dedicated to excelling in engineering while nurturing my love for architecture through personal projects and ongoing learning.

At Cyberbacker, I served as a Digital Media and Marketing specialist, handling a wide range of tasks for clients in the cleaning and financial advisory industries. This included managing social media profiles, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing strategies to boost online presence and engagement for both businesses. Additionally, I handled various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, assisted in website development and management to enhance user experience and visibility, and provided bookkeeping support to maintain financial records accurately. My role involved a blend of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to effectively support the growth and success of the cleaning and financial advisor companies.

For my second client at Cyberbacker, I collaborated with a real estate realty, focusing on Digital Media and Marketing for 15 agents. My responsibilities included creating content for agents to post, managing social media platforms, particularly the main Facebook page where I created posts for birthdays and achievements, as well as providing just listed, now available, under contract, and just sold pictures for agents. Additionally, I handled various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and provided support in MCA (Merchant Cash Advance), contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the real estate team.
Head of Media Team

In 2020, I began volunteering at church, initially tasked with creating posters for sermons due to the pandemic necessitating the establishment of social media platforms and online services. As time progressed, I transitioned to creating slides and PowerPoint presentations for the sermons. Eventually, I took on the role of head prompter, overseeing the presentation of sermons. Presently, I am the head of the Media team, responsible for supervising and actively participating in live broadcasting, social media content planning, videography, content creation, camera operation, and audio technology during weekend services.
